• One can be found in the room where you fight the Dragon God, you can find a corpse containing one, over a small ledge, near where the head of the boss lands after hitting it with the two ballistas.
• At Inner Ward, before the set of stairs leading to the Penetrator, there's a bunch of corpses in the middle of the ground. You can obtain one Legendary Warrior Soul there.

• In Island's Edge, before the first fog door, you can obtain one from a corpse.
• In Island's Edge, in the cell that you find Graverobber Blige, on a corpse standing against a wall. 
• In Island's Edge, you can find one while traversing the side of the cliff, take the right path and turn right to obtain one from a body.
• In Inner Ward, you can loot one from a body in one of the cells of the prison. You must have acquired the Iron Ring of Keys to access the prison.
• In Prison of Hope. Once you go to the second room of the second floor, you can obtain one from the body hanging on the railing, after the Once Royal Mistress' cell.
• In Prison of Hope, once you obtain the Prison of Hope Warden's Key. You can find one on each of the corridors.
• In Upper Latria, in one of the paths of the circular platform
• In Upper Latria, on the heart tower, on  the top level, go left of the stairs, and you will find one.

• At Prison of Hope, after the first Mind Flayer you encounter, behind some breakable crates.
• At Prison of Hope, on a hanging body at the end of the corridor in the first area.
• At Prison of Hope, at the end of the cell corridor, on the second area of cells. 

• At the Flamelurker's room, on your left side hidden behind some rocks.
• At Island's Edge, in the area where you fight the Vanguard.
• At Inner Ward, in the area you fight the Fat Official that drops the Iron Key Ring. Head left, climb the ladder and you can loot one from that corpse in front of you.
• At Inner Ward, on the roof, after fighting the Red Eye Knight.
• At Inner Ward, inside one of the cells located on the Prison. You must have acquired the Iron Key Ring to access the prison.

• At The Tunnel City, from the archstone. go right along the tunnel. Once you reach the end, turn right, go through the narrow passage. You will have to start dropping from scaffolding to scaffolding. On the third one, turn to your right and drop on the narrow wooden beam, at your right there is a corpse hanging from it. That body contains one Storied Soldier's Soul.
• In Island's Edge, you can loot one from a corpse that is in the same room where you fight the Adjudicator.
• At the Plaza in Inner Ward, near the beginning of the level, you find three bodies, each one contains one Storied Soldier's Soul.
• At the start of The King's Tower,  before the dead carcass where the Soldiers are standing, there are two bodies that contain one Storied Soldier's Soul each.
• At Upper Latria, at the base of the tower where you sever the second chain, go left to find one.

• You can find one on one of the wooden platforms, in The Tunnel City. from the archstone. go right along the tunnel. Once you reach the end, turn right, go through the narrow passage. You will have to start dropping from scaffolding to scaffolding. On the third one, turn to your right and drop on the narrow wooden beam, at your right there is a corpse hanging from it. Keep dropping until you reach a platform that has a rusty iron ladder. Go down through it and you can loot Unknown Hero Soul from the body.
• In Island's Edge, go around the corner to the left before the second fog door, a body against a wall has one.
• In Island's Edge, after the area where you find the Adjudicator's Shield. Beyond the Silver Skeletons, turn left twice and you will find it on a body near a trap switch.
• At Inner Ward, after fighting the first Imperial Spy, take the tunnel and turn left. Behind some breakable crates, you can loot one from a corpse.
• At Inner Ward, on the balcony you are being attacked by three ranged Boletaria Soldiers. Loot the body on the left side to obtain one.
• At Inner Ward, after passing the big locked iron gate, you will be faced by many Boletaria Soldiers, on your right behind the two crossbow-wielding ones, there's an upper platform that contains x1 Unknown Hero Soul.
• In Prison of Hope, once you access the second floor, you can find one on the first cell on your left. 
• In Prison of Hope, once you access the second floor, on the room where there are two iron maidens, you can obtain one Unknown Hero Soul from the one on the right
• In Prison of Hope, located in a cell on the second floor. You have to use Prison of Hope 4F Cell Key to open it.
• In Prison of Hope, in the cell where there are multiple Iron Maidens, you can loot x1 Unknown Hero Soul from two of them.  
• In Prison of Hope, in one of the cells of the first floor.

• In the Prison of Hope, on the first floor inside one of the cells.
• In the Prison of Hope, on the first floor inside two of the cells, after the room where you fought the Prisoner Horde.
