      This Elixir is pretty useful actually to have atleast half a dozen on your Inventory , makes even the Heaviest Armor builds go smoothly fighting Bosses , PvP with ease... Reminds me of Chloranthy Ring from Dark Souls. ( Elixir also regens stamina faster even when Blocking with shields or weapons as 2 Handed ). And also makes the Blue Eye-Knight Set or any other Heavier Set faster to gain Stamina back for sure.... But it's not worth grabbing as a Gift , as you can stock on Elixirs later
