Half Moon Grass is a Consumable item in Demon's Souls and Demon's Souls Remake. Consumable items grant various effects such as restorative properties for recovering HP, removing certain negative status effects, applying temporary buffs and debuffs, as well as activating various actions and effects.
A medicinal herb named for the lunar phase. Recovers some of the user's HP. The effect of moon herbs changes according to the condition they're in. Half Moon herbs are picked when they are withered.

- Can be bought from Dregling Merchant for 400 Souls, in Gates of Boletaria, The Lord's Path and Inner Ward
- Can be bought from Graverobber Blig for 400 Souls in Island's Edge and The Ritual Path.

- After the second Blue Eye Knight, go up the wooden stairs and smash the crates to obtain one Half Moon Grass, from the corpse.
- Past the fog door, on your right, a corpse has two Half Moon Grass.

- There's two on a corpse laying besides some barrels, before the stairs with the boulder.
