So. There are two bodies hanging upside down on chains on a balcony half way up a tower.
It says (step 2) on the map. I think the ragged cloths/emerald stones drop -
But how do they come about getting dropped.
I seem to only recall having seen them after defeating the Phalanx.
I think the clothes were supposed to be for a witch. Can you release the 2 bodies from the chains before they fall to the ground?
