Is great against Dragon god in NG+ He oneshot me without it, with the spell I had no problems if he hit me.

That's one way to counter the cursed dragon smashers since they are purly physical.

This spell is an absolute must-have godsend of a spell, especially for NG+ and beyond. Trash mobs like the Depraved Ones that do an insta-kill shield-piercing flurry attack no longer pose as much of an annoyance, and you can survive some otherwise killer hits from bosses too. It basically defeats Second Chance because enemies can still follow-up and kill you again right after it triggers.
