Inner Ward

• There are three bodies at the plaza near the beginning of the level, you can loot one Storied Warrior Soul from each.

The King's Tower

• On the narrow walkway where you first encounter the Blue Dragon.
• Video Location: Shown in our walkthrough video N12 at 9:50. Click here to watch it.
• One can be looted off two human corpses near the carcass of a dragon at the starting area.

The Tunnel City

• On one of the wooden platforms near the Scirvir area.
• On one of the tunnels once the path branches, to the left.
• Among the ore carts  near two Rock Worms

Prison of Hope

• On the walkway where you find the ballista-like device if you deactivate it. You can find one among many other consumables.
• In the room where you fight the Fool's Idol, behind a column to your right.

Upper Latria

• On the tower where you break the second chain, downstairs, on your left.
• Once the beating heart drops, if you go to where it used to be, you can find two bodies each one containing x1 Storied Warrior Soul among other useful items.

Island's Edge

• In the boss room where you fight the Adjudicator, behind the stairs.

The Ritual Path

• At the beginning of the level, take the right set of stairs and drop midway to your right to obtain one.

• There's a secret path behind a fake wall. It's near Patches' location. You can loot it off a body that's at the edge of a cliff.

• After the two Gold Skeletons, on your left, you can find one.

• After defeating the third Reaper, midway through the stairs.
• In the Phosphorescent Slugs, next to the room where you find the Ronin's Ring.

Depraved Chasm

• Near the edge of the wooden rooftop.
• Near the previous one, there's a body against a wooden pole that also contains one.

Swamp of Sorrow

• At the entrance of the second fog door, you will see a treasure in the distance, there are four Giant Mosquitoes guarding it.

Rotting Haven

• When you start at the archstone, turn back and head left to find one at the edge of the putrid liquid.
