Poisoned is a Status Effect in Demon's Souls and Demon's Souls Remake. Poisoned take a moderate amount of damage for a period of time. Poison also reduces the effectiveness of healing items. Status Effects can affect the player in various ways both positive and negative.
Poisoned Information
- Effect: Take a moderate amount of damage for a period of time. Poison also reduces the effectiveness of healing items
- Remedy for Poison: You can cure poisoning using a Royal Lotus, Antidote or a Cure miracle.
Characters with moderately high Vitality (around 30), it is possible to survive many sources of poison without needing to interfere, but only if no other damage is taken.
How to acquire Poisoned
You can inflict poison by using the fallowing Weapons:
- Kunai
- Mercury weapons
- Poison Cloud
You can be inflicted with poison by the following enemies and environment.
- Giant Ticks
- Depraved Ones
- Giant Mosquitoes
- Prisoners (Knife)
- Phosphorescent Slugs
- Standing in the swamp at Swamp of Sorrow (5 - 2)
