Penetrator's Greaves is a Legging in Demon's Souls Remake. This piece is part of the Penetrator Set. Leggings protect both of the player's legs and feet by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some sets of armor are available to both genders but are slightly different for male and female characters. Those that are identical in appearance are labeled as unisex.

Reward for surpassing impossible odds.
The intricate design of the cuirass was uniquely crafted for the Penetrator, one of the Boletarian heroes. Excellent for fending against piercing attacks.

Only available in the Demon's Souls Remake.
You must trade 26x Ceramic Coin with Sparkly the Crow to obtain the Rusted Key.
Once you have the Rusted Key, go to Tower Knight Archstone (or Inner Ward) and find the locked door behind an illusory wall. You will find the full Penetrator Set here.
