Nexial Binding is a key item in Demon's Souls and Demon's Souls Remake. Key items are found in specific locations or are given by a related NPC which are used to unlock areas, quests, and to further progress the game's story.
The mark of those imprisoned by the Nexus.
The bearer of this seal is bound to the Nexus, never to be free, even in death.
When the body is lost, the soul remains trapped. Nexial Binding returns the servant to the Nexus, but alas without any souls collected.

What is this thing even? A circlet? A ring? A choker? An armlet? An ankle chain? Never really got what it was supposed to be. Looks like a ring,but you don't equip it to use so it would be kinda odd it it was one.
NOTE: This leaves no pool of souls for you to recollect upon use, your souls are gone forever!
