UmmmmmIsn't the Purple Flame shield "Better" than the knight's Shield. It has 100/30/90...and has a Guard Break Reduction maxed ot at 82. In fact...most of the Large Shields have sam or better blocking with higher Guard Break Reduction than the Knight's Shield. I'll agree it's the best STANDARD Shield, though.

Dark upgrade path is wrong.
It does not decrease physical or fire damage reduction % at all.

This page claims that going down the Dark upgrade path will remove some physical and fire reduction. Is this true? It doesn't look like other shields do this so it seems dumb that this shield gets penalized for increasing magic reduction when others don't.
Good thing there's a guaranteed spot later on, because this thing's drop rate is rarer than a guy that hasn't been with your mom.
"...to find alongside a Knight's Shield."
Considering they're talking about finding the shield, they're saying: "...to find a Knight's Shield alongside a Knight's Shield."
This frickin' wiki, i swear...
