Gold Mask is a Helm in Demon's Souls and Demon's Souls Remake. This mask is part of the Rogue's Set. Helms protect the player's head by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some sets of armor are available to both genders but are slightly different for male and female characters. Those that are identical in appearance are labeled as unisex.
A gold mask inlaid with a delicate design. Even among the rogues that are confined in a sealed chamber who embrace the soul. industry , only those of a particularly high rank are allowed to wear it.

- Found in Upper Latria, where the big heart used to be. Get down there to loot it.

Hmmm I picked up the gold mask from upper latria under the heart along with the averice ring. Loaded up my game today to continue and the ring is present in my inventory but the gold mask has disappeared, any ideas ? Thanks
Does this mask serve any particular purpose other than being part of the 'Rogue's Set' aforementioned?

this page is wrong, the item you get behind the Fool'd Idol altar is Baby's Nail, and it's a weapon.
The golden mask can be found on Latria 3-2, when you kill that giant eldrich abomination, you can go to where the tower were the corpse fell to loot the mask.
Does the gold mask have to do with anything with a trophy? (PS3 Version)
