Full Moon Grass is a Consumable item in Demon's Souls and Demon's Souls Remake. Consumable items grant various effects such as restorative properties for recovering HP, removing certain negative status effects, applying temporary buffs and debuffs, as well as activating various actions and effects.
A medicinal herb named after the lunar phase. Consume to recover a very large amount of HP.
The effects of moon grass vary depending on its state at the time of harvest. Full Moon Grass is picked from the vanishingly small quantity that matures to emit a full glow after withering.

- Can be bought from Patches, the Hyena for 1000 Souls, in The Nexus.
- Can be bought from Dregling Merchant for 1600 Souls, in The Lord's Path and Inner Ward.
- Can be bought from Once Royal Mistress for 1300 Souls, in Prison of Hope.
- Can be bought from Filthy Woman for 2000 Souls, in Depraved Chasm and Swamp of Sorrow.
- Trade Shard of Mercurystone with Sparkly the Crow in Island's Edge.

- You can obtain two Full Moon Grass if you manage to defeat the Vanguard.
- You can loot five in front of the Dragons' nesting place.

- Can be found in Gates of Boletaria, on the lower ledge near to the dragons.

- On the last part of the bridge where the Red Dragon does its bombing run, before the giant gate that leads to the Tower Knight.
- After killing two Boletaria Soldiers, turn left and take the stairs. Drop from the edge to find a lootable body that contains two Full Moon Grass.
- After killing three crossbow-wielding Boletaria Soldiers, take the corridor and you will find two Full Moon Grass behind some wooden furniture.
