Fluted Helmet is a Helm in Demon's Souls and Demon's Souls Remake. This helm is part of the Fluted Set.  Helms protect the player's head by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some sets of armor are available to both genders but are slightly different for male and female characters. Those that are identical in appearance are labeled as unisex.

Iron helm with finely cut grooves. it is used by the knights of the relatively advanced region of southern Boletaria. The fine grooves are designed to enhance the protective effect of the thin iron sheet. Its heaviness slightly impedes stamina regeneration.

Fluted Helm Notes and Tips

• It is the lightest Heavy helm, along with the Gloom Helmet, while boasting the second-highest physical defense, along with the Gloom Helmet and the Mirdan Helmet.
• in the Demon's Souls remake, an Fluted Helm that uses the original design for the fluted helmet can be collected from a corpse after the first Vanguard Demon fight, if it is beaten. Ostrava of Boletaria also wears the fluted helmet from the original game.
