Dark Moon Grass is a Consumable item in Demon's Souls and Demon's Souls Remake. Consumable items grant various effects such as restorative properties for recovering HP, removing certain negative status effects, applying temporary buffs and debuffs, as well as activating various actions and effects.
A Medical herb named for the lunar phase. Completely restores the user's HP and fully heals status ailments. The effect of moon herbs changes according to the condition they're in. Dark Moon herbs are rare, midnight blossoms that are said to be derived from New Moon herbs.

Dark Moon Grass Notes and Tips
- Patches, the Hyena will only start selling this item after defeating three Archdemons in a playthrough.
The depraved ones (not big ones) can drop this, happened to me 2 times that i killed one of them with no reason and they gave me 1 dark moon grass

Dark moon grass can drop from the red phantom on the bridge before the boss in Depraved Chasm (5-1) in PBWT. Found out while farming for Marrow stone chunks.
Dark Ghost is right, although it's rare to the point where going into higher ng cycles is more worth it
