Battle Axe is an Axe Weapon in Demon's Souls and Demon's Souls Remake Axes are heavy weapons that can be wielded with one hand. They are best used in short-ranged combat and provide wide arcs of attacks.
A standard axe.
A versatile weapon that provides a normal attack which is effective against a wide variety of targets.
Following through with ones swing and connecting will deal an optimal hit, inflicting more damage than normal.

AnonymousIt’s a Shame they didn’t carry this design of the axe over 2 ds1, which would have made a good alternative as a heavy version counterpart of the regular 1, with a better moveset maybe!
The backstab/riposte animations are brutal.
