Spiderstone Chunk (or Chunk of Spiderstone) is an Upgrades found in Demon's Souls and Demon's Souls Remake. Upgrade Materials are items that are used to strengthen the statistical value and to increase the effect of a certain piece of equipment.
Fabric-like, transparent ore. Mainly used to enhance bows.
An ore used to make delicate bows. Weapons can be strengthened by Spiderstones up to a maximum of level 5.

- Dropped by Scale Miners in The Tunnel City.
- Dropped by Crystal Lizard in Smithing Grounds. Guarded by Scale Miners after going through the bellows room.
- At Stonefang Tunnel, after going down the elevator, at the of the left corridor.

AnonymousI've gotten the crystal lizard with these 4 times. Looted the 2 off the corpses in the level. I still need 1 more chunk and shard to finish my bow. Been farming miners in Tunnel City and they aren't dropping ****. Do I really have to wait til NG+ to respawn the crystal lizard again? :/

Spider stone adds range/distance +physical attack power to bows and at +5 (max) brings dexterity boost to an S rating !
Works on:
Longbow
Compound longbow
Short bow
Compound short bow
Get a bow to +3 to use Spider stone.
If you want to get them chunks, you gotta hit the tunnel when the world tendency is Black! Otherwise, you're just gonna be laden with shards. Specifically, it's the unarmed miners that drop them. I got more than I needed with 13 Luck, Providential Ring, and Sword of Searching on my hip.
